Atlas Copco AIRnet - Air Distribution System

Air Distribution System Airnet The Quality Air Connection

Atlas Copco AIRnet

AIRnet 's large range of fittings lets you customize your air system to your production environment's specific needs. AIRnet is suitable for compressed air as well as inert gasses.

Atlas Copco engineered and manufactured AIRnet to reduce leakage. While the unique O-ring ensures an airtight fit, the fitting simply double-clicks to achieve perfect alignment. The clinch ring is prevented from rotating, further protecting the aluminum tube from damages

Quality Air Where You Need It

Moving the compressed air system out of the compressor room and onto your production site, Atlas Copco breaks down the limitations of the conventional production environment. The AIRnet piping system takes your compressed air to where you need it: the point of use. Fixed to walls or ceilings, AIRnet's range of fittings lets you custom-build a compressed air system specific to your production needs. High-quality compressed air is safely delivered from point of generation to point of use. Separate workplaces are effortlessly connected.

The Flexible Fit

Lightweight yet robust, AIRnet installs easily and quickly. An AIRnet system can be built in half the time of a conventional one, reducing installation costs to a minimum. To minimize downtime, your installation can be pressurized immediately upon completion. Easily adjustable and reusable, AIRnet evolves right along with your production setting. AIRnet is also compatible with any existing pipe work and equipment

System Savings

Corrosion in conventional pipes can cause leaks. A 3 mm (1/8") hole in your system requires an additional 4 kW compressor just to maintain system pressure. AIR net s corrosion-free aluminum pipes and polymer fittings are especially designed to reduce leakage, and energy waste. Loss of pressure can represent over 75% of your piping systems lifetime costs. AIRnet provides more air flow with less pressure drop thanks to its smooth inner surface, significantly reducing your operating costs. A range of diameters designed to perfectly fit your system is available to carry the required flow and pressure at the lowest possible pressure drop.
