Beth Wood Joins Pneumatics Team

Precision Pneumatics is delighted to mark National Apprenticeship Week by announcing that Beth Wood, who joined the company through the Knowsley Apprentice scheme, has transitioned to a new permanent position of Internal Sales Administrator.

Beth initially worked within our Service Department and made such an impact there that she was shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year at the Knowsley Business Awards. In January 2019 Beth joined our Pneumatics Team with a view to the move becoming permanent at the end of her apprenticeship; an invitation she has now accepted.

Director of Precision Pneumatics Limited, Julie Prescott, commented: “We are so pleased that Beth has accepted our offer of a permanent position as our Internal Sales Administrator. She has made great progress since joining us and is an effective and popular member of our team. The company will be supporting her with the completion of her Level 3 NVQ in Administration and we hope she will continue to develop her career with Precision Pneumatics.”

Beth Wood added: “It feels brilliant to have this opportunity. I’ve enjoyed working at Precision Pneumatics and feel that by transitioning to an Internal Sales role I can develop my skills and therefore my career.”

Beth will become a familiar face on our Trade Counter and for customers who regularly order pneumatic equipment. She will also be helping to manage our Online Shop, from which any of the 19,000 lines in our catalogue can be ordered at any time, day or night.
