Key Responsibilities for the Role:

  • To provide general administrative support to the Stores Department
  • To assist with purchase ordering
  • To assist with booking goods in and packing for outbound goods
  • To provide telephone support to customers and ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally

Key skills to be successful in your application are:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • A good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets

Please note that this position is offered as part of the Knowsley Apprentice scheme, so applications can only be accepted from Knowsley residents aged between 16 and 24.
