CELEBRATING 30 YEARS IN THE COMPRESSED AIR INDUSTRY
The Board of Precision Pneumatics attended the Knowsley Business & Regeneration Awards on Thursday 24th November, following the company’s shortlisting for the Medium Business of the Year award.
Founding Directors Phil Hood and Julie Prescott (pictured, above) and Sales Director John Massey enjoyed a fantastic evening alongside hundreds of guests at the glamorous awards ceremony, which took place in the Grand Marquee in Knowsley Safari Park.
Simply being on the shortlist for the Medium Business of the Year prize was a major achievement for the company, as this was one of the most competitive of the 13 award categories. As a result, a high number of entries had been assessed by the judging panel in order to determine the finalists. Speaking to Knowsley News, Edward Perry, Chair of the Knowsley Place Board and Director of Operations at Knowsley Safari and Hall, said: “The quality of nominations is always really high and this year has been no different. The calibre of the business and regeneration community here in Knowsley is exceptional and the awards really do provide the opportunity to recognise and celebrate this together.”
The prize for Medium Business of the Year went to Standard Fuel Oils. A full list of the winners can be seen on the Knowsley News website.
Managing Director, Phil Hood commented: “We’ve been based in Knowsley since the company was set up and events like this showcase what a fantastic place it is to work and do business. To have been in the running for one of the Knowsley Business & Regeneration Awards is a big achievement. It’s also a real tribute to the fantastic people we have in our team and the outstanding job they do for our customers every day. Congratulations to Standard Fuel Oils, the other winners and everyone nominated in the various categories.”
