Precision Pneumatics 2018 Golf Day

Precision Pneumatics staged the company’s 2018 Golf Day on Thursday 7th June at The Mere.

This annual event brings together suppliers, customers and the company’s partners for an enjoyable day of friendly competition, mixed with some socialising away from the pressures of work. The Championship course at The Mere offers both a fair test of the golfers and a stunning setting for the day’s play.

As is now traditional, there were a number of different prizes on offer – some of which were more desirable than others! The winners were as follows:

Winning Team: Ken Revell (Captain), Dave Hanley, Andy Lester, William Torpey
Individual Winner: Wayne Roscoe
Yellow Ball Team Competition: Stuart Simpson (Captain), Wayne Brandon, Steve Cox, Paul Beard
Nearest the Pin: James Hosker
Longest Drive: Phil Sexton
Oswald Trophy: Mick Grimes

Looking back on the 2018 Golf Day, Precision Pneumatics’ Managing Director, Phil Hood commented that “The annual Golf Day is a real highlight of the year for me. It allows us to come together with a number of our different business partners, including customers and suppliers. It’s always great fun and is in keeping with our philosophy of building relationships rather than simply conducting transactions.
