Precision Pneumatics links up with CRUK

Precision Pneumatics has formed a partnership with Cancer Research UK (CRUK), who will be the Company’s official charity for 2018.

CRUK is the largest independent research organisation in the world dedicated to fighting cancer and also provides information services to the public, the scientific community and healthcare professionals. It also works in partnership with a range of organisations in an effort to develop new treatments for the disease.

Announcing the link between Precision Pneumatics and CRUK, Director Julie Prescott commented that: “Cancer is an insidious disease and touches so many lives. As a business, we want to make a positive impact in as many areas as we can which is why we wanted to support a charity whose work has relevance across the North-West of England and North Wales. The work that CRUK does is of vital importance and we are pleased to be supporting them.

“Our team are already coming up with some brilliant fundraising ideas and I’m certain that as well as making a financial contribution we will have a lot of fun along the way!”

A Precision Pneumatics team has entered the Colour Obstacle Rush taking place at Aintree Racecourse in July and a series of events and activities will be planned over the coming weeks and months.
