Precision Pneumatics celebrates 25th anniversary in style

Since its establishment in 1991, Precision Pneumatics has developed a strong reputation for providing market-leading air compressors and outstanding service. In order to do that, the company has needed to attract and retain outstanding people. With 2016 marking the company’s 25th anniversary, a celebration was organised so that the Directors could thank the team for their contribution to the company’s success.

A night at the races

The staff were recently invited to an evening at Aintree Racecourse, where they could enjoy a full card of races from the comfort of a private box, followed by a concert by Sir Tom Jones.

Customer Services Director Julie Prescott said “The success of our business is built on the solid foundations provided by our fantastic team. We simply would not be where we are without their hard work and commitment. It was very important to us that we recognise that and thank everyone for their contribution. The evening at Aintree was a superb occasion. Everyone looked fantastic, a few people picked winners and Sir Tom put on a wonderful show which we all enjoyed. It was a great way to show our appreciation to the team and properly mark the company’s 25th anniversary.”

The company has a strong tradition of developing, rewarding and supporting its employees.  This was demonstrated by the appointment of new board members at the end of June. Team-building excursions such as the trip to the races occur regularly, with the next event planned for September.

In addition, the company also runs events that allow us to strengthen our relationships with our customers. These events include our annual Golf Day and regular training courses.
