Vacancy: Technical Sales Engineer – Immediate Start Available

Precision Pneumatics is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in order to enhance its existing sales team. The position is in External Sales and is focused around our Pneumatics Division, including the promotion of our Engineering Supplies Catalogue. Although the role is based at our offices in Knowsley, Liverpool, it does involve travelling to customers around Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales.

About the role

This is a demanding and rewarding role within a well-established company. Precision Pneumatics is celebrating its 25^th anniversary this year and is a Premier Distributor for Atlas Copco and Festo, meaning that our product range is unrivaled within the market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in selling Pneumatic equipment and related consumables, although consideration will also be given to candidates currently working in Internal Sales and / or Customer Services who are looking to develop their career.

Experience of the Compressed Air and Pneumatics industry is desirable but not essential as full product training will be provided

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self motivated, possess excellent communication skills and must be able to demonstrate a determination to succeed in a competitive market.

Location: Some time will be spent at the company’s offices in Knowsley, Liverpool, although the successful candidate will spent a significant proportion of their time visiting customers.

Required experience: Some sales and or customer services experience is essential, experience in compressed air and pneumatics sales is desirable.
