Daredevil Danny has his feet on the ground

The August Bank Holiday weekend saw Precision Pneumatics’ Danny Carney complete a very special challenge on behalf of the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

Danny, from our Internal Sales & Marketing Team, completed Skydive Sunday on 28^th August and was one of a team of divers who, between them, have raised over £20,000 to help the charity’s treatment and research.

The dive included a descent from 10,000 feet at speeds of up to 120mph. Describing the experience as “amazing”, Danny confirmed that the dive was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for him and that the day at Black Knights Parachute Centre had been a fantastic one.

The charity has published an image gallery on Facebook, while the moment our friend and colleague took to the skies has also been captured.
